The bur used is endo z bur that is used against the walls as it has non cutting tip so it’s use is to refine access cavity walls

How can you tell when your access cavity is finalised

Access Cavity is Determined final when we get 1. Straighline Access 2. Dentinal Map is clearly visible 3. Canal orifice are visible

This is conservative Dr ... it looks magnified due to magnification used to highlight the access. Hope you got the point
