Residents gathered at the Callahan Center on May 23rd for the 4th annual Senior Heroes Awards ceremony. Four senior Framingham residents were selected by the Framingham Senior Hero Award Team- an initiative of the city’s Council on Aging- for their volunteer efforts which have impacted the great quality of life within our community. There are four awardees in total across 4 different areas of focus- from healthcare, to social development. We caught up with a few of those awardees who stopped by our studio to discuss this honor.
