Why do most people who talk about Daisy Brown skip over her struggle with her attraction to girls? Her being gay and trying to work through those feelings and being harshly rejected by her father when first feeling it when she was younger, and Alan even throwing homophobic slurs at her, is a big part of the abuse part of the story. The end she accepts herself and frees herself of abuse, it's beautiful.

I like how instead of talking more about the later workings of My Dad's Tapes, you just stopped it at that stupid Margarita part, perfectly accenting how narmish it got. Also, the Teletubby ARG thing is one of the stupidest ARGs ever: constant attempts to be edgy, random plotholes that lead to nowhere, and an M. Night Shamalayn-worthy twist that makes everything pointless.

Highly slept on, most people watching his videos don't even understand what's going on. Convincing "clickbait" videos on the surface but there is SO much more to it than that. it expands to several other youtube channels including CynicalCritic, who also first presents himself as just a regular guy creating content. If you're looking for a good Unfiction/ARG still in progress I'd recommend looking up Diminish game on KZfaq. It takes the form of a let's play of a game that only the player has. I don't want to spoil much, but it starts off kind of spooky but then goes in another direction as you learn more about the player and his connection to the game's creator. The ARG elements mainly take the form of suggestions of things to try to do in the game in the comments, though it is definitely more story than game. It takes a while to update, as a whole ass game has to be created for the series behind the scenes, but I'm invested and definitely looking forward to the next batch of videos.

As a linguist, it's pretty easy to tell that the languages on Forgotten Languages are conlangs (constructed languages) of one type or another. They seem to universally be based on existing languages, and based on the incomprehensibility of some of the texts which used many words in languages which I could understand a little bit of, such as Latin or Irish/Scots Gaelic, it seems that they're either using the words in ways that have nothing to do with their etymologies (because you end up with some weird gibberish in a lot of places ) or they're some kind of cipher pretending to be in foreign languages but represent some kind of lazy, one-to-one English conversion. There's even a fair chance that all of the articles are just conlang-adjacent gibberish with random bits of understandable text. About the Hawaii false m!sle alarm... I was minding my business in the bathroom when all of a sudden alarms ran throughout the house, I was 8 at the time so I had no idea what was going on, and my dad was over seas so my mom was at home alone with 3 kids (I'm oldest) so my mom was tearing through the house screaming "get in the car" I was busy on the oval office but that didn't stop her from busting in and hurrying me to the car. We pulled out of the driveway and my mom gets my dad on the phone, at this point I was spooked, my sister was very confused, and my poor one your old brother was crying. My mom then stopped dead in the driveway car still running and said "we aren't going to make it in time". now I'm freaking out and she rushes us to our closet under the stairs and tells us to stay while she gets food and water. Now both of my siblings are crying due to my moms frantic behavior and I'm still incredibly confused, I decide to sneak out of the closet and grab my siblings (and my own) stuffies and we all sat in the closet until I all calmed down. I really hope Greg (the new moon, egg monsters in the water) comes back. That was the only ARG I was really invested in and didn’t just walk away from/let it fade into obscurity

Local58's creator actually made a comic series called Broodhollow, which is where the little Cadaver guy from the Show For Children episode comes from! It hasn't been updated since 2019, but my GOD is it a good read.

ah, args, perfect for my paranoia that borders on being bordeline schizophrenic at times. ironically, theyre also my favorite types of media, even though i end up closing my blinds, turning the lights on, and locking my doors. still, great job, loved the video(s), great background noise!

Omfg I think listening to you unlocked something in my brain. Forgotten languages, these aren’t new these aren’t old they aren’t anything, they are the language humans made up, the intermediates between how we refined what languages used today. This is language at its core because humans attach to similarities we are the codex of forgotten languages, and making a full codex would unite the languages to one core one. The snippets of English are the present day representation that we can use to link it all. As any language can add their snippets and intergrate into the core language. But what defines it so well is there are no rules in the core language yet. Once written the rule would make a different language. I wanna try to translate some of it

Right at the end of the "there are no faces" clip of Real Sleep, you see front facing Trollge. This could be meaningful because there are "Trollge incidents" where there are monsters that destroy a lot of society via a single Trollge causing it. This varies from the Trollge becoming a god or releasing a disease of sorts. There was at one time a "Possessive Moon" incident where looking at the moon essentially makes the moon able to control you. I forgot who made that incident, maybe once you guys find the creator if this incident you should ask them about Local 58 and ask them to watch that part.

When you mentioned local 58 I thought it was one of those spinoffs of 1999. Specifically the one where the kids that watched the broadcast are being stalked and some weird symbol gets drawn in his closet. I can't remember what that one was called
