I resigned at 01/01/ 23 give prior notice to company my last working day in company was 30/01/23 mentioned in resignation. Hello sir, Sir on 15th june i resign from my previous company and selected in state govt and to join this govt job within 15 days i.e, till 30th june 2023 i resigned from my company and shared all problems through mail. At the time of joining I asked HR about offer letter, they told me that after joining within one month they will issue me appointment letter. After 30 days I asked HR about the appointment letter. They told me and sent message that you are on contract basis so they are unable to issue me company appointment letter. But in the appointment letter it is directly mentioned that you are in the company payroll and contact basis recruitment is not mentioned in the appointment letter.
