Kinda just fell into a pretty BIG pickup. I accidentally purchased another collection. Sometimes things just fall into place I guess. A big one in addition to the May and June pickups. Always love sharing the gaming/collecting hobby with the community.
Galactus the World Eater makes and appearance on this awesome can art. But the real beauty is what's inside this can...Holy Cow this is a great beer! Amazing nose on this one and goes down so smooth. If you like IPA you are sure to enjoy this one! 🍻

Thanks Matt. I absolutely couldn’t leave this stuff behind. Especially all the boxes that he was just gonna trash. I have been trying to complete a lot more of the ones I am missing cases or manuals for. Especially PS1 it just feels right. 😂 Lately I feel like coming across lots is the only good way to add new items to my collection. Thrifting and Marketplace are just so dry.

The work site has been paying off lately for sure. 🤣 Very happy to add something’s to the collection and to save some cardboard from the trash. I checked the Wii Mario Tennis and you are correct. This version is reversible as well.

Didn’t intend for it to be but just kept getting bigger and bigger. Been tough to find games thrifting and on Marketplace so buying collections and taking what I want has been the best way to find stuff lately. Hope your doing good buddy. 🍻

Love it, why not? That's what happened to me with my PC Engine collecting, I was in for a few solid titles only to find that nearly everything on it is brilliant, I now have over 70 games and I don't regret it one bit, not even the expense, the games are generally worth it and have that old school hard to put down and where has 5 hours disappeared to old school quality! That hidden self-satisfaction material, was golden!

Sorry for the delay in responding buddy. Been on holiday for the past couple weeks and I would say it was relaxing but as a family trip…🤣 That’s a great story about your PC Engine collection. Honestly buying collections has been the best way for me to add good stuff to my own collection over the past year. Once I am finished with the NES and N64 sets I may jump into the TG-16/PC Engine scene. Never owned one but they look awesome!

@@DrinkGameswithJosh If you get a TURBO EVERDRIVE with all the games on it's a great way to try the games on real hardware, that's what I did, then I listed the ones I liked and what I thought they were worth, most of the good ones cost £50+, I've spent over £100 on a few, but once playing them and how much like the arcade they feel I had to pounce, they only seem to go up in value to so your not at a loss should you sell them later on, I've sold-to-buy or swapped a bunch for just one solid title in some cases, R-TYPE and STREET FIGHTER II are amazing ports and remain at fairly good prices, but some bargain hunting is required as despite being good nothing in my eyes is worth over the £200 mark, which I've never gone over, but own stuff that is worth that according to price charting, it's a bit like NEO GEO collecting with a far better variety of genres to chose from.

I have come across multiple game gear consoles over the past few years and it seems like none of them work. 🤣 Need to be recapped and then they work like a charm. That AAFES sticker on that SNES...brings back memories. Someone was definitely cutting out the newpaper ads for a little handheld action of their own 🤣🤣. Great score dude. I'm glad you could save this stuff from the bin. I rock a small GC collection but, it's mostly because it's one of my least favorite systems from Nintendo. It's one of those, no matter how much I try to revist it, it's like ripping off a scab as all the memories of why I disliked it in the first place still exist. Hope you had an awesome weekend at SEGE and I can't wait to see what you scored there!

I thought you would know what the AAFES sticker was. 🤙🏻I couldn’t help but point out the old clipping stuffed in the Nintendo book. 😂 It’s crazy that the gentleman really thought the boxes wouldn’t have any value still. So glad I asked about them. No lie though that this was all a bit of a surprise. Started off small and just kept getting bigger. I am kinda the same as you when it comes to handheld gaming. For the most part I have little nostalgia for it and while there are many worthwhile games to play on the GB there is a lot of crap too. 😂 SEGE was a ton of fun dude! Cool to catch up with some folks and lots of goodies to look at and purchase if so desired. 🍻

Got it from a griend for a great price. You should see what our local pawn shop has. They have stack-up CIB for about $570 USD.

The deal just kept snowballing and getting better and better. 🤷♂️ I actually sold off a lot of the doubles and things I didn’t need and got all my money back already so everything I kept was freeeeeee……🤣 Only guys my age would understand the struggle of the magazine clippings from back in the day before the internet. 🤣😂🤣 Stack Up for that price is actually pretty good for the current price. I remember getting my copy for like $10 about 15 years ago. Wish I had bought a lot more back then.

I always have accidental gaming related mishaps. Like spending way too much at the gaming store, spending way to much playing games. I don't know why these calamities keep happening to me. I've never bought someone's collection but, at least I see that the struggle is real and I'm not alone. 😂😂

It’s ok my friend. The first step is accepting that you have a problem. I have accepted that I do. The second step though seems to involve spending copious amounts of dough to secure more physical items until your game room is bursting with games and items. I haven’t figured out what the third step is but I think it involves making the game room bigger to fit more items into it…🤣 Conan was one I have been wanting for awhile on PS3. Quite a few titles for the system that I have never pulled the trigger on because I always thought I would find em at the thrift. I laughed when the spank bank pics fell out of the Nintendo book. 😂 This pickup just kept snowballing and getting bigger and bigger. I was happy to have been able to save a bunch of boxes and manuals from the trash. Really cool to be able to add some things to my collection. I am still going through it and deciding what to trade/flip and what to keep. Thanks dude! Always appreciate the love. 🍻🤙🏻

When I looked them up Gateway to Apshai looked interesting. I can see the charm of a kid back in the era loving it.

I was jacked to get this Golden Sun in the condition it’s in. Found a nice copy of the cart to complete it already too. 🤙🏻 I have never played The Urbz but was kinda shocked by the price. Must be a fun game though to hold a little demand. Cheers dude! 🍻

I need to sit down to that Family Guy game someday. Nice manual upgrades. Shame on those PS2 games... Totally digging and jealous of your work trading setup! Love those moving deals!! While we have an Atari 400 and some games, Emceemur here on KZfaq is a 400 collector who digs a good trade. The Nintendo books with special images. 😅 Golden Sun, nice; solid N64 haul; some must-haves for the Wii, this is so awesome! Wow on the SNES box! Genesis goodies of course! Digging the Spice Orange controller, we got the unit and love that color scheme. Pacman Vs can make for a fun party game if you have all the necessary bits. Dude, this was incredible!!!🎉🎉

I was super excited to save the cardboard from the trash. It was almost funny because I could tell the gentlemen really thought it was odd how excited I got over those boxes…(we collectors are weird I guess). 😂 The work Trading site has honestly been my best way of adding to the collection since the thrifts have died out. Do you have either of these Atari 400 games? I am more than happy to send them your way. I have no way of testing them out and would love to get them in someone’s hand who will appreciate them. Let me know if you would like them. The spank bank really made me chuckle when I discovered it in the Nintendo book. first of all congrats bro on 1k subs very well deserved i dont know why but when i saw this vid title thought of bob ross with his happy lil mistakes lol man so many great picks i really hope you like ghostbusters for the genesis i would say that would be one of my most nostialic genesis games for me as a kid it was the first game i bought with my own money mario 64 ds looks cool its been on my list for a while now

So many great accidental pick ups here and only 5 subs away from 1k! There is so many games and consoles its hard to pick what my favorite would be but this was an amazing haul. My gamecube is doing the same thing and you can with a meter adjust how much juice the laser gets and it will temporarily fix it but honestly i ended up pack mine away and just use a Wii as my gamecube player now, as far as the PS3 for $2 it def worth opening up and is easy to do so, you never know there could be a clog somewhere on the inside, a broken fan or may just need a thermal paste change! Man id break out that full Wii rockband set just to play the Beatles game! Hope you are doing well Josh God Bless!

Lately with my thrifts drying up and FB marketplace being horrible in my area it almost feels like buying large lots is the best way to add to my collection. Pretty cool to fall into this one. Honestly wasn’t expecting all of this. I have a backward compatible Wii but it’s hooked up to my flat screen. Really cool to get a new GameCube. My old one was a cheap 2nd hand grab so I guess I should expect it to not be perfect. 😂 I figured for $2 the PS3 was worth a chance for sure. Life has been good lately my friend. Hope all is good with you too.

The game gear most likely needs a recap so it shouldn’t be difficult for someone handy with a soldering iron. When those Victoria Secret clippings fell out all I could do was chuckle. 🤣😂 Stoked to get a chance to play Ghostbusters on the Genesis. The NTSC NES releases are trash. Cheers buddy! I have Darkwatch for the PS2, and I have the same issue. Disc looks great but doesn't play on any PS2. I gave up and just picked up the Xbox version

@DrinkGameswithJosh the only thing I will say is that the game crashes on the 360. You have to play on the original Xbox. It's like what the fuck is up with this game. It is like Capcom when out of their way, so no one can play it. Lol
