I would like to share with you where we stayed in Auckland, New Zealand - Heritage Auckland and our apartment in the Tower Wing.
We got the apartment through Airbnb, but arrived from Melbourne to Auckland airport late at night and took a shuttle bus that dropped us off in front of a hotel in the Auckland CBD. The old lady called me Metro Adventurer Backpackers is here. LOL!
I took out the key by myself and got to my room around 3 am, I was tired.
The next morning, I went out on the balcony and saw the Sky Tower right in front of me. There is also a Daikoku convenience store, J Moto Japanese restaurant, Muddy Farmer Irish restaurant, and Berlinchen German restaurant in the neighborhood.
The best thing about this place is its proximity to the center of the city and the harbor, and most importantly, the rooftop pool. I recommend this pool because the ocean currents are too cold to enter New Zealand. You can have a beer or a meal on the rooftop while watching the sunset.
