Rainbow lorikeets have sweet meat, they take 'you are what you eat' literally as they eat sweet nectar and pollen so they, in return, have sweet tasting meat. (⚠️don't go eating lorikeets now⚠️)

Find something you’d like to build your world around (a particular magic system or maybe an ancient book) then ask how does this particular thing impact everything around it. Hope that helps!
