Also another thing to mention. be respecful to whoever is handeling your suport ticket! they are pretty much trying to help you as much as they can, so please dont be disrespecful to someone doing their job. Good luck recovering your acc!

@aasupe some messages are automatic (bot) but other are messages written after a script by a human based on your answears

ill follow this and hopefully i can recover my account! Edit: my recovery for the account was unsuccessful because my last payments were in April of 2023 and the payments they wanted were required to be from 2024… I’m killing my self 👍…….

Too bad this won't help me with my account that was stolen in the late 2023 recovery thing ( I haven't made payments since 2021 but hacker made em one week before I realized my account was gone and support requested I provide the hacker's receipts despite giving everything else even screenshot and stuff 💀☠) but I hope this helps someone more fortunate than me, good guide.

@pix1943 any bank statement you can grab? You can also use that since it should state it’s from Apple appstore

@@KuroshiroGaming Oh does that work? It only says Apple Store on my statements since I don’t use PayPal so I’m not sure which one actually belongs to idv 😭 but I’m willing to send as many statements that I have too 😮‍💨

@@pix1943 when you go into purchase history, there should be a blue text stating “Showing: Last 90 days” or sth You click on that and then click custom. Then it shows all the years. Tap whichever year you want and it should show that year all payments! I just saw it

no recharge via SEAGM [ because its no official site and all problems via this be your] You can try ask receipt for site where u buy it [ SEAGM ] and see if they give it u [ but probably nope ? ] . Anyway its u choice where recharge and u problem [ idv no Support recharge via others sites ]

this now depends, ik a lotta people do the currency change to buy echoes at cheaper price and it seems like thats what SEAGM does. It might be a verified website, but for NE maybe they would see it as 1/ You bought echoes at different currency (if you arent able to provide the receipt they wont recover it for you bc it potentially shows that you traded your account and thats against rules and regulation) 2/ They probably dont know you bough echoes from SEAGM and once they see the receipt they may need further verifcation or just deny you completely. It might be verified globally but that doesnt mean NE has verified it or is in partnership with it

If they don’t have the payment information then no. But I suggest linking your account to your mobile device or link it to a gmail that no one knows but you

Following this tutorial - will update results contacted support: DONE asked for help because I do not have an android device: DONE They asked for receipts and I sent them and I’m waiting for response! EDIT 1: they said the receipts were good and they asked me to say confirm in the chat for them to give me the account back but they closed the conversation after (2nd time they closed it for some odd reason but it’s fine) sent the confirm message just waiting for them to read it and give me the account!! :D EDIT 2: forgot to update but I’ve got the account back yippie!!

@@user-oo5tq3nm1l hii! it took around a day! I noticed they usually responded around 1:00AM british time.. it’s a bit tedious because you have to wait a day for a reply after each response it took about 3-4 days in total for me? I just checked if they responded whenever I woke up
