Hello sir, Do we need to have PTE/IELTS result upfront before applying for skill assessment or we can get skill assessment without PTE and later stage we can show.

Yes English is compulsory for CPA assessment. It should be IELTS academic or PTE Academic only.

Sir i have done my Bcom bachelor’s degree in india and am currently in Australia. Do u think am able to do skill assessment? Because my subjects are matching with the Anzsco given list of core subjects however some names are not same.

As currently you are offshore, you need to go for full skill assessment with 7.0 overall in each score in IELTS academic or 65 each in PTE.
