Why did you do 8% times 5000,shouldn't it be 8% times 6000? In the beginning when you made the discount calculation

@@AccountingLectures How did you get a present value annuity factor of 4.7914, I got an annuity factor of 3.99271 from the present value of ordinary annuity table, 8% =i , 5=n
