Still my favorite A2A instructional video...what an aircraft...

I watched the whole thing, just couldn't take my eyes of the video! I'm defenently buying the A2A P51 with Accu-Sim! Thanks A2A Simulations for this awesome product! :D

I bought the b-17 and I am just amazed on how real it feels.. The aircraft maintenance and all that it's planes like this that makes A2A the best in the business when it comes to the older aircraft..

This just blows my mind. I came back to flight sims with MSFS after almost 20 years. And now i can not wait to get my dirty little fingers on all the good stuff made by A2A.

thats true. but somehow i agree with him. they do a great job with these old aircraft and simulate them perfectly. i would love to see how a modern airliner of them would look like.

The guy doing the VO sounds like Jimmy Kimmel. I like his voice though. Unbelievable airplane, the systems simulation is really detailed, and the passion they have for the P-51 is clearly evident.

Did anyone else notice that the temperature gauges turned off at the end after he landed? I couldn't really tell but the battery and generator switches looked on??? All I know is that I love this plane, and am going to buy the b17 flying fortress very soon.

be great if you could add the little pops of the backfires when you bring the throttle back on landing or when the engine has been run for awhile and you bring the throttle back. Just a thought and I have no idea if this would be possible to add.

Damn it! Its a shame that this awesome program does not work on my simulator. Dont know why. If I start up the engine, at the point which it should turn, the screen freezes and the whole simulator reports an error. Damn! Looked forward to this one but, well. Anyway, great software. A2A did as always a fantastic job on this! Excellent!

Scott...I was so impressed with the demo that I went ahead and purchased the download version fo the P-51 for FSX...installed it and ran the program...and woa! the plane just displays the cockpit area with the pilot...I uninstalled FSX and tried it again and it still displays a "phantom" P-51 with just the cockpit area displayed...who can help me out with this??? . . .thanks in advance . . .

Im sorry, I was on the A2A website, and I saw 2 p51's a wings of power one, and the accusim one, what is the difference? Or are both required to fully enjoy this truly remarkable aircraft?

What are the numbered lines on the leading edge of the wings? They look like they are marked in degrees in relation to the nose and the tips of the wings.

I believe for a warbird, u shud keep it in original airforce/army air force colors, all I have to say (make sure engine is right model Packard Merlin V-1650) Good Luck!

I Know your problem because i had it too :( .The first think you have to do is completely unistall fsx and all your addons and the next time you will install it place it in an other folder(!!not programm files!!) and every time you install a new addon run its as administrator.Good Luck :)

Have a question folks. I have FSX Deluxe edition in german. I bought the A2A P-51 WoP and added it to the FSX. When I run the FSX, the P-51 does show in the list of aircraft, except that I am only able to the see the cockpit section with the pilot seating in it. No fuselage or other structures is visible. When I play the simulator, the only thing that I can see is the black silhouette of the aircraft. When I switch to the inside cockpit view, the whole cockpit is dark and only visible when I flip the light switch on and the instrument gauges are not visible at all.As you all can see, I have a myriad problem with the A2A P-51 software. The FSX is set with all the recommended settings for this aircraft and I reloaded many times in an attempt to fix the problem, but without success. Does anybody can give some tips what could be the problem, please. Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks.

I like your aircrafts very much! They are awesome! But couldn't you make a newer aircraft, perhaps like the Cessna caravan or Do228? I know, they are already made by Carenado, but I'm very disappointed about the system depth and fight model there.

Gotta say its the best realistic aircraft for FSX I fly it all the time its a good cross country bird. I still slam it on the runway to hard at times and have to make repairs.

this looks really cool. how about an early jet aircraft, as much as i love WWII a Korean war era F86 sabre or MIG 15 would be allot of fun as well. what is A2A simulations going to do in the future now that FS is no longer developing fsx or are the possibilities endless with FSX? i feel that FSX is going to become obsolete and sadly there wont be any new additions of FS from microsoft

I have the military version of the a2a P-51 and I love it. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is that whenever I engage the starter, the mixture moves by itself; which is fine because it starts up, but I would like to move the mixture myself. Any ideas why? I don't have the Accu-Sim with it, thats the only thing I can think of.

I wish A2A make GA aircraft!

What use is the ordinance if I can't drop the bombs and fire the cannons on this? It's just extra weight. Please include scenery of a WW2 Army Airbase as it would have been when the Mustang was being flown.

It's impossible for me to take off with this plane and only with this plane. I can't control the rudder of the plane during ground handling. Even taxiing is impossible. I checked my joystick's calibration, follow the checklist, use differential braking and bring the power up gradually but no matter how much I counter steer with my rudder and/or braking it doesn't help one bit. Under ~33% power it'll only go right uncontrolably, anything above that it'll only go left uncontrolably. I've never had this in any plane before. I tried looking for a tail wheel lock and whether that was the problem but couldn't find anything. If anyone knows how to fix this would you please be so kind as to help with this problem.
