Here's my interpretation of Crimson 1 from Project Wingman taking on Mihaly. I am still unsure on what Crimson 1's canon aircraft is but for the sake of creating this video and for my own sanity due to hours of unnecessary and endless research, I settled with the F-22A (VX-23).
This is Part 1 of what I hope will be a 3-part series, just like the Rogue Nation Pilot series. I hope you enjoy it!

Hey Phantom, It's logical to assume, given the description on the wiki, Crimson 1's canon aircraft (prior to Kings of course) is the Sk. 37, Project Wingman's equivelant of the SU-37. This can be concluded since it's stated that Crimson's older members fly the SK. 37s, and with Crimson 1 being the lead pilot, it's a safe bet to assume he's one of the more Senior members of the squadron. Here's to hoping we get to see the CFA-44 to PW-Mk.1 replacement mod for Part 3! Mission 18 would definitely benefit from 100% more Railguns, although that mod might be a little OP, since they did give the Railgun lock-on capability... Here's to hoping though!

I don’t think Crimson 1 is an older pilot like Mihaly or Kupchenko. He behaves and sounds much like a younger pilot. Most likely mid twenties to early thirties. Much like Pixy or Pasternak.

@@RNLAFStarfighter I never implied he was older, but it’s logical to assume he’s one of the older pilots within the Squadron. With the… overzealous nature of the Crimsons in general it seems logical that they’re all fairly young, so it makes sense that Crimson 1 is just one of the older ones of the group, but I wouldn’t put him at over 35 with how his voice sounds.

Love the little detail with the AOA limiter sound effect whenever you pull some crazy PSM. Also, did you get a mod to give this mission an orange tint?

I'm glad you liked it! Yes, I swapped the mission lighting to resemble Mission 6 in Project Wingman but the lighting always glitches during the second/third phase of Mission 7. In any case, I wanted to try something different.

Also is it me or does it seem that Spare, Strider, and Cyclops Squadrons appear to be completely unsettled by the appearance of this extraordinary flashy yet mind breakingly effective unknown squadron. @@_Phantom_ I have a scenario. A link between the worlds had opened and it seems the Federation was quick to investigate by sending Crimson Squadron through. What they found shocked yet intrigued all Federation personnel involved. An entire world of humans with a technological level similar to their own yet they did not require any form of cordium to operate many of their most potent weapons of war. This would be game changing for the Federation since their cordium reserves could be allocated to more important war machines and methods of powering their civilization. Along with if the world experiences another calamity, there could be a way out. Their people don't have to perish with the dying world. However the problem is that this world goes through many different wars between major powers. This would be detrimental to the Federation's own plans. In response, Crimson Squadron was assigned to help deal with what the Federation views as "belligerent actors". Which in their eyes is the Kingdom of Erusia. With the help of some hidden benefactors, they were given new planes and codes to IFFs and were set off to bring more stability and control to this world.

it's never actually specifically stated whether Crimson 1 flies a VX-23 or an Sk. 37, but it's logical to conclude that he flies an Sk. 37, since the senior members of the squadron fly the Sk. 37s, and Crimson 1 is the flight lead, meaning he's likely a more senior member of the squadron.

So just a bit of splicing here and there and you got that masterpiece. Though Vayen and other PW VAs have done some fan related voicing in the past. So thinking the Crimson's VA actually saying that was not too far fetched.

@@Tacoazi That was not said by the AWACs. That's more of a hidden dialogue that is said in the background by the Federation HQ to Crimson 1 during Mission 6.
