Mad_ptyik100001010110 Actually, the normal Strigon planes (Not Pasternak's Nosferatu) are Sea Flankers, not Super Flankers. This is due to the fact that it's only one of two Sukhoi planes (The other being the Berkut) That were in Ace Combat 6, the game the Strigon Team's from.

+Euan Rouch They also launch from an (airborne) aircraft carrier. So having the carrier based Flanker makes sense as well.

Seems easier to me since you have teammates that can match your damage output, unlike the AI squad in AC5. There may be way more targets to destroy, but having competent wingmen seems to more than make up for that. Unless of course you had the Falken, in which case destroying the SOLG was a cakewalk because that laser is fucking stupid OP.

There really isn't a reason to own the Strigon Leader I've learned. I exchanged for it out of nostalgia but with exorbitant upgrade fees numbering in the millions of credits, there is no feasible way to have that money unless you waste hundreds of dollars on stocked fuel. What a joke, Namco!

No, i am serious, last week i begin playing again and received a gift for returning to the game, i received 400 supply tickets, my new best aircraft is a CFA 44 strigon leader, but the matching is about 1208 hehehe My player matching hate is 1724, because of these MVPS, but i will never get better than this because my aircraft can,t, to give you a idea my CFA can't destroy T-50 or SU-47 with 2 missiles, its a crap but still i get some serious points (my record was 96760 in tokyo hard)

It's really sad to see that they just outright copied the mission "The Unsung War" from Ace Combat 5, rather than coming up with new ideas. I understand that it is difficult to create new content, and that this is a much liked mission in both games, but this just doesn't seem right.

Nathan Carrell ....this isn't even a campaign mission, it's just a remake of an old boss fight with different jets, better graphics and multiplayer, they did this for the fans! They didn't have to, but they did, yet you complain. Synopsis, you people are fucking ungrateful.
