Is one of the most suitable spill in lighting for me. It has good range, good amount of light and good duration. Is one of my next flashlights. I like these characteristics that i searched form a flashlight and i think i found them.

Sir Charles on your honest opinion which has better hotspot and flood the Fitorch p26R or the Ace beam k30.. the p26r has mas 3600lumens while the acebeam has a higher lumens.. i just want to know which of the two has a wider flood..

What flashlight make and model would you recommend as a good flood light for under $200? A little bit of a throw would be nice but not necessary. I am more want to light up my immediate surroundings. Thank you for your time

Nice light, but they could of made the on/off button higher, looks like it would be hard to find if it was dark out. I would want a button that sticks out so that I wouldn't have to try to find it, wouldn't you?

Thanks for review! I find this light attractive. I read that it has memory function. But this is not for firefly and turbomodes, right?

This version is now discontinued but I grabbed a sand colored in 5000K from a dealer who still had one in stock. Great light. And BRIGHT! Good hold comfort with the textured pattern and easy operated. But it seems like my sample has a slight deviation from the normal interface: turbomode is included in the regular cycle(which in my case consequently has 4 levels) and turbomax is accessed by one double click, not two. Not a big deal, I am very satisfied with the light, which I probably will mostly use at low and high mode: long runtime at very useful brightness levels.

@@patricj951 all correct, this is not deviation, later versions of k30 have 4 levels in a cycle. i have exactly the same version as yours

It depends on the user! This K30 is compact smaller light weight. The BLF Q8 is heavier and larger, so it depends on your needs. Thanks for watching!

Lots of light but it's a bit expensive one. How will it be as compared to Haikelite mt03 . Cheaper than this.

A stepdown of 3,200 lumens at 2 minutes on turbo. Nah, not for me with this one. I love Acebeam products but I'm starting to get disappointed as this short time burst to stepdown by a massive percentage is becoming ridiculous and getting out of hand, especially running 4 batteries in the battery pack. Its almost just brag factor lumens and possible sales to the company.

Peter Chatman I agree...what do u recommend for this size of a FLOOD type light with a longer turbo run time, or at least a milder drop in the step down!!! Seems like NONE😕 I’m searching high & low for one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because of the lumen race this is the case when it comes to the most lights today. No, it's not fair to claim a certain brightness with some hour runtime when the output drops to half or less after some minute. Still it's justified by the ansi/nema standard which counts the output until it's 10% of initial. The problem is when the specification at the same time tells: "regulated brightness", it's deceptive. Anyway, 5000lm with such a small light is overpowered and neither the heat dissipation or battery capacity allows for more than very short time at the highest mode. The good thing with this light is the capacity at the general modes: according to a test it provides more than 3 hours stable output at high mode of 1350 lumen(still a respectable output) and that is what I consider as really useful. And at that level the light can be runned continiously without being overheated.
