Cool trick with the anchors. Also useful when installing rivet nuts in tight spaces, if there is no room to use the proper tool.

On occasion I have a project that I’m stumped on either bc I can’t imagine a solution myself or inspiration for a look, etc. and you or another woodworker like Michael Alm, Keith Johnson, Bourbon, etc. will magically come up with a solution or inspiration around the same time and I can’t tell you how appreciative I am for the ability that you all can share and are willing to share so much knowledge, problem solving, design ideas, etc. For ie, I’m building a solid hickory vanity and getting close to putting finish on and also need to come up with a simple, fairly thin shelf that’ll also hold hooks for towels below but can’t seem to find a rounded edge or something to die into the wall… well you just helped me to see a bigger radius would look beautiful to do just that so thank you and at some point when I build cabinets for tool storage I will be purchasing your organization bins, etc. I love your integrated cabinet handles with the plastic… looks stunning and clean. Anyways we appreciate your hard work and know it’s not as simple as turning on the camera and magically everything pulls together as it takes hard work, dedication, money, I’m sure a lot of risk in the beginning, etc. to bring all this content to reality so thank you again

I’ve really enjoyed the few videos of yours I’ve watched so far. I’m probably not getting into 3d printing (light exposure in the past, but I’m just not much on computers), but I’m subscribing anyway. I like your ingenuity and your presentation is clean, concise, and very watchable. Keep up the great work, sir! Looking to build the older chamfered shelf soon for under my bedroom tv. Thanks for the inspiration and clever instruction.

I had a similar issue with my kitchen wall cabinet lights being a bit cool, so warmed them up with some thin strips of orange lighting gel under the diffuser. Works a treat!

That’s really awesome, surprised you would not have added blocking in the planning stage to account for this, but I guess with metal studs that might have had its own challenges. I’ve had too many issues with drywall anchors/toggle bolts to fully trust them for this kind of application

At least one of my youtubers doesn't end up with crappy looking half assed solutions, because it would make a easier video. I really like the extra mile you've gone there. Congrats to this absolute unit of a shelve board. Perfect execution. Also, you're english has improved a lot, since you uploaded the dust extractor videos - which was the reason I subscribed a long time ago. Back then it was a chore to listen to you, nowadays it's a joy.

That looks super nice. Just one quick suggestion for your "square hole drill tool" ... maybe a model with replaceable guides different diameter drill bits. Just add a thread to the outer-face of the drill guide so that it threads into the rest of the frame. And, for your drill bit and slotted set holders ... how about a version with a clear perspex lid to prevent the bits from falling out? Maybe drill a hole in the perspex for a nedymium magnet to keep the lid safely closed :) I have ideas ... just no skills or hardware for 3D printing - but maybe my ideas can help your ideas (which, ironically, is what you try to do for everyone else, so it's nice for Karma to return back to you 😁).
