It’s incredibly tricky removing the membrane. Never realized that birds have an umbilical cord. But it makes sense. The hens are curious about him.

I ended up rescuing a baby robin last year who had fallen out of her nest. I called her Lola. That is how I came across this channel. It was the most rewarding thing I've done other than raise my own children. I wish I could do this full-time like he does.

As a kid I used to hide in the chicken coop to escape the abuse. The chickens were my best friends, I saw many eggs hatch. The roosters never tried to attack. For some reason this video touched me deeply

Most people don't have the skills or maybe space to care for the animal properly, plus in some cases the animal is threatened in the wild and it's important to limit captive animals unless it's necessary to save their life and the person knows how to teach them to go back to the wild.

Don't forget: fresh breath. I'm not sure I can be like him, maybe the smell of my breath is making animals die or keeping women away from me. But I was shocked, when I was bullied by my friends because my armpits were smelly, but my cat wanted to kiss even lick it as seen in my cenel videos 😭

Just this even I watched a rescuer do the same thing you were doing, trying to help the chick open the shell. He used a wet paper towel and held the egg in his hand the the egg partly covered with the wet towel. This made the shell release so much easier and eliminated the need for the paintbrush and cup of water. However the most important thing is you were both successful. 😊😊 I wanted to share an another way to accomplish the same thing. I'd say the paintbrush method is beautiful, it is pretty close to art in my opinion. For whatever that's worth. 😂😂 I appreciate so much you sharing your life with us. I learn so much from you. ✌️❤️

When I was a kid my dad used to call me Mowgli, I spent my entire childhood crying over birds I see dead on the side of the road or any other animals that I couldn't help them.. it's very sad to see such a video and very nice at the same time.. When you stop and ponder about how; inside an egg, with time, yellow and white somehow turns to bones, blood, flesh and feathers. A BUNDLE OF PURE JOY ;) Incredible! Truly incredible!

@@rskabhiramyt9786 actually, no, the place in which the chick develops is a part of the yolk, the yolk serves as food. The white is used for protection and 90% of it as food. It is not where the chick grows because it dissolves as time goes by.

That rooster either just went to heaven or hell....😄 This man is truly amazing. I just found the channel recently and I am hooked. Beautiful, just beautiful. Words can not describe the beauty and simplicity of the love and care he gives these birds. He makes me think of our heavenly Father. May He continue to bless this man and the work he does.

This man is a very special human being. I’m watching his videos and trying to learn as much as I can incase I ever come face to face with a baby bird who’s life may depend on me and my initial actions to care for it while I try to find a sanctuary of some sort where it would have a better chance of survival than what I could offer. I also might invest in a small incubator so I could keep a tiny bird warm and safe.

The big animal rescue teams are the people who get noticed in the "Inspiring animal rescues" But this volunteer man, who dedicates his life to give all these animals a vioce isn't. Let us all just take a moment to appreciate him. Even if we aren't as great as him atleast let's remember that nature is ours to save. This man inspires us so much.
