Yeah my ballet teacher is HUGE on this! Bc if you get this perfect for your body, you can balance, be stable and strong, and do everything in ballet! So make sure you master posture in ballet! Its everything! Literally!

Yes 😂 if ur not used to it ur core is probably a little weak so just do it all day and do planks

Its completely normal. Just get stronger, and if you do this every second you dance, you will naturally get stronger and be a better dancer!
