I have grown up listening to legends (recorded as well as live) and in my opinion Panditji's music ranks right up there with the greats - including Ustad Amir Khan, Bade Gulam Ali Khan, Pt Omkarnath Thakur, etc. Hats off to him to use his valuable time to spread his knowledge through the digital medium - which would attract today's generation to music.

অনেক উপকৃত হবো আমরা গুরুজী।আমি আসামের করিমগঞ্জ জিলা থেকে বলছি। সঙ্গীতই আমার জীবন ছিলো,সঙ্গীতই আমার হাসা-কাঁদা ছিলো। ইচ্ছে ছিলো আপনার সান্নিধ্য লাভের কিন্তু তা আর হলো না গুরুজী। শ্রীযুক্তা কৌশিকী ম্যাম এর সব গান শুনি,আপনার ছাত্র শ্রীযুক্ত অনল চ্যাটার্জীর গান শুনি বড়োই আনন্দ পাই এরোকম গায়কী শুনে। আর আক্ষেপ করি নিজের জন্য যে আমি পারলাম না আপনার চরণকমনে স্থান করতে,আপনার সান্নিধ্য লাভ করতে। ঈশ্বরের কাছে প্রার্থনা করি আগামী জন্মে যেনো শিষ্য হতে পারি আপনার। ভালো থাকুন,সুস্থ থাকুন আর এ ভাবে অন লাইনে আমাদের কে শিক্ষা দান করুন গুরুজী। প্রণাম 🙏🙏

First I read your comment and was upset that he said that. But watching what he said, that's just his opinion. He is just saying using those lungs like that at an early age is normal for a child. That struggle is normal. But babies going through C section don't go through that struggle. Which makes these babies have higher chances to have breathing difficulty later on that will affect the singing also. But from what I understand, it can be fixed by practicing the breathing exercise or Pranayam daily. I think it's good for everyone to do Pranayam daily like how he says, 20-30 times a day. It can improve all our singing with better breath control.
