Things I learned: With an impaired vision, you'll only stay where you are. See the end goal and simply work towards it. Speak life, not death into your situation. Job 22:28 favour of God

Liz Cuervo Your goal of loosing 35 pounds is absolutely possible. By changing my eating habits and exercise.I lost 40 pounds, and dropped six prescription drugs I was supposed to be on for life. This was eight years ago and I’m still walking in victory. It’s not easy to do but definitely possible. Keep it up, and never gives up!
