@acidglow you're wrong about Blaines death. It wasn't from a spear gun, it looks more along the lines of he was hit with something from Hawkins to get his attention, his facial expression is more of stun and and looking for a target before he's hit with the plasma bolt

They need to make an open world predator game. Hunting grounds is good but just imagine what an open world game would be like... bad bloods, xenomorphs, hunts, making clans and hanging skinned bodies to terrorize the citizens

I know it was such a let down when I saw it as a kid 😂 watched it again yesterday with my little nephew and he's yelling about how the predator is gonna win. Well the xenomorph won and you could see the disappointment in his little face 😂😭

My Dad had a Batman comic with the Predator in it. Batman was basically outmatched until he got some bat armor and managed to fight the Predator. It was a really good read!

@@Krassus7101It was a cool story but I always have mixed feelings abt crossing different IPS(I think that’s the term I mean like a comic universe and Predator or whatever) bc it always leads to inconsistencies, especially in scaling and kinda feel a bit forced. Been a while since I read the Batman story so idk the context of that one as well but recently I read one abt A predator hunting wolverine. Like i already feel like Batman should’ve been able to drop even the best of the best Predators in a few moves given the shit he does but as much as I liked the wolverine one in concept I just thought it was ridiculous bc pre weapon x wolverine should realistically body a dozen Predators at once. That’s just comics for you tho, it’s no big deal but seeing a thread abt comic- Predator crossovers forced me to yap Lmao

Not every species has the heart in the same place. Physiology dictates that every other species has different placement. A cow has 3 stomachs, in theory, a cow incubated alien should find better nutrients incubating and find exit from 3 of the stomachs , that's 3 aliens per cow.

They kill off all the predators on the hunt every time. Just once, I want to see a predator or team or clan, fucking WRECK shit and win. Sure 1 can die or a bunch if its a large group, and the reason has to be clearly presented that they were inferior to their prey. I willing to pay for "The Quest For Fire" level of dialog here. They don't have to talk a lot. They don't have to hunt humans. I want to see some insanely powerful creature(s) that makes me believe the predators are gonna lose, and watch them relentlessly force victory. How about a Trilogy of an Elders Journeys. Episode 1 His blooding, Episode 2 A Great Hunt That sets Him Apart across the Clans and seals his Clan Chief Status , Episode 3 He is the Clan Chief, his clan is the elite clan now, and he engages in wiping out a powerful bad blood clan. For anyone who wants a great open world predator experience , get the Skyrim mod - the lost tribes. Adds tons of weapons, armors, NPC predators and aliens, bad blood camps, berserker camps,drop pods and even a drop ship. You can form a pack and hunt the world together, Predator hounds, and even a home. It’s amazing

The Yautja and predator mythos, society and culture always fascinated me . The movies have been hit or miss of course the first two are classic but they kinda missed the ball on a few but the comics etc so fascinating and bad ass . Wish someone would maybe start a Netflix series that really dives into there society etc . They really me of native American culture I wonder when they created predator if they pulled inspiration from that ? Anyway great video bro for a new sub .

Hearing about how some are more hostile than others, adapted to warmer/colder climates, wars between themselves or short stories of lone soldiers & team ups between preds and humans!!! I wanna see an avp movie with engineers, neomorphs, super predators from predators, not that God awful "upgrade" abomination from the predator, but the bad ass super predators from the 2010 film, as well as of course regular xenos and yautja and maybe even finish David's story and finally kill the bastard? I really like Predator 2 when it released and one day I saw the novelization at the book store. The author had a number of interesting passages written from the Predator's thoughts and viewpoint where it explains their society, their psychology, the rituals, what they made of human beings in general, and why they hunted us, and it was fascinating. Unfortunately the books out of print and no e-books of it are out there of it either.

Unfortunately with the movies they kinda drove the series into the ground IMO . Anything after the first O.G. two were subpar . AVP was ok I guess but the one with the mixed breed alien and predator was stupid , then the one where humans get dropped off on some remote planet and a whole clan is hunting then didn't totally suck but could have been way better . Predator has been one of those things on film fizzled out IMO but with books , comics , toys , etc they really shined and there name and lore was born. I agree that a proper AVP movie would be bad ass . There supposedly making a new new movie last I heard .

All the topics covered in this video were explained with great detail. Something I would like to see would be exploring more of the predator home world. As well see more of their culture. I’m also curious to have female predators explored. I think it would be interesting because it hasn’t been done in the movies yet.

Not sure if you covered this in previous videos, but it makes you wonder how the Predator specie developed their technology. I have a feeling it was given to them as a gift or trade by a more advanced but non-war like species. Yautja do not seem like the kind of species to have developed such technology while continue to be a hunting species.

@@maninhu9837 If they do, then they surely dont act like that. If a Yautjas primary goal of being initiated into hunting and perfecting those skills. It doesnt seem like that would leave alot of time for other skills. If they do have blacksmiths or tech researchers then Im wrong, but i would like to see that brought up in the future. I still like the idea the Yautja were given technology like replicators for their services of being a warrior specie, and they are able to produce their weapons and gear, and are able to adapt such technology to other species like Humans.

@@Torente32 Maybe there is more than just hunting in the society? It might explain why we hardly see any female yautja. Also the beginning says that most predators are unblooded, so that could explain that statistic. I can’t say for sure though.

Now I would except of there is some kind of technology/scientist branch of the Yautja society but since we don't see that exist It's just feels its hard to believe that one would exist. We do know they refine, their tech, and tactics I just wish we can see who or what does that part of Yautja society. And they do live for a very long time so they probably have time to learn and advance they technology

An Opened World Souls like RPG based around the Predator's (Yautja) Lore that spans across 3 or 4 Star Systems would be cool. Hunt various types of Xenomorphs, take Bad Blood bounties, and humans for rank and unlock new Weapons, Armor, Equipment, and Ships to use for The Hunt.

Sooo, could you imagine... a MMORPG consisting of you being a certain class of predator, running "dungeons and raids" while simultaneously joining clans and groups in order to run said ds and rs, world bosses, e.t.c. outside of doing tye solo story and solo questing/leveling... (truthfully, I'm so down for that, they couldn't take my money fast enough for such a game. That $*** sounds 🔥 as f***. I'm all for it. Take note game developers, THIS, is what the people would/will want. Sounds like a hell of a contender to bury to legend of the old days that WoW once achieved. Who agrees?

Hey I kind of Lost in the "If a Predator was defeat in a battle and been showed mercy or not killed", you said "then you are seen as equaled, must killed them and yourself, or give them something as reward of their skill" Did I hear Right? Is that said a Predator was defeat in battle and not killed by enemy because of mercy must kill himself before find a chance to killed the enemy, or Give the victor some thing as a reward and for his life?
