The legendary Winthrop Gold course, played for the USDGC, happened to be right around the corner of our little Vlogmas adventure. Every year I've stepped up to this tee with the dream of acing this iconic hole. Thank you Drew and Paul for hanging in there with me. The good times continue!

Eh, I figure Simon edited the video so he had a chance to make it clear you were already in the water. Thus, the pile-on for Simon "making" you go in the water is valid even if due to poor editing decisions :) (love that you went in BTW!)

The pain in Uli's voice was palpable. Quite literally distraught. I'm glad he got it back. I've gone swimming with zero luck, so I understand the terror.

I'm glad everyone is saying this because Simon will probably address the issue. Did you not notice Paul pulling other discs out of the water? Paul was throwing sidearms and he was likely getting wet regardless. Paul likely volunteered. We simply can't know what happened off camera.

I aced my first hole this morning! Hole 17 at my local course. Started playing this past August. It is the least birdied hole on the course. 8 foot wide gap through thick set of trees, over a brook, and under two cedars with branches 8 feet above the basket.

Oak Grove in California might be the most famous. We run into people all the time who have come there to play the world's very first disc golf course. And the Green Monster is the most famous hole on the course.

24fps, Simon? With so much movement of the disc between each frame, the Interpolated-Frames (I-Frames) and the video compression often remove the disc from the video when it gets towards the basket. 60 fps solves all these problems.

To all the people shaming Simon for not going into the water to get Uli's disc: My guess is Uli volunteered to get it himself since Simon was on a visit and probably didn't have many extra clothes and Uli lives nearby so he did.
