This simple recipe is a must try .
Ackee ( fresh or Can)
Salt Fish
Tomato (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
Bell peppers (chopped)
Pimento Peppers is available for flavor (no spice)
Scotch bonnet pepper (a few pieces)
3-4 gloves garlic (mince)
Oil for frying
Black pepper

I’m American and you have taught me so much about cooking Jamaican food. My boyfriend is Jamaican and at first it was hard to figure out if I was cooking and baking food good to taste because most of it I never really had before but following your recipes for about 3 years now and I don’t even need measurements anymore. My all time favorite dish chef.😍. ❤️❤️ it every staple food: rice , bread, breadfruit green bananas etc,etc. Just thinking about it has me drooling this morning.
