At about 10:50 he describes the 8 criteria for investment success that sits on his staffs’ desk as a deal toy 1. Simple and predictable 2. Free cash flow generative 3. Dominant market position 4. Large barriers to entry 5. High return on capital 6. Limited exposure to extrinsic risks we can’t control 7. Strong balance sheet and don’t need access to outside capital to survive 8. Excellent management and good governance

This is how you interview….the interviewer’s tone remained uniform throughout. And Bill Ackman is one multi billionaire that really be giving information and insight into economics and finance, he speaks clearly and straight forward, I respect that!

I came here to figure out how to invest, after tuning in to a guy on a radio talk about the significance of investing and how he made $520,000 in 3 month from $150k, by one way or another I am still finding it hard to understand the terms used here in this video, I'm a novice and I'm open to ideas on the most proficient method to invest for retirement.

The fed should think of some new strategies to fund new and small to medium size businesses which are the driving force that boost the real economic growth and create new jobs rather than solely feeding the fat inefficient corporate giants
