ACL VLOG. 3 weeks post surgery!
Three weeks after my ACL surgery and things are getting a lot better. My rehab routine has been updated and I have finally started to lift some weights at the gym again. Im giving you a recap of how the week has been and showing you how I rehab post knee surgery.

Hey mate, just wanna say thank you for posting this stuff! I am now three weeks post surgery and my recovery is similar to yours back then. That’s why it’s pretty useful! My physio is also pushing me a lot and we did some workouts on the leg extension plus press - ofc with the support of the good leg! It’s just great to see that someone is doing like me, because often I feel like my process is too good so far! Sounds weird ! But I can walk pretty normal. My flex is at 120 degree, my quadriceps can be controlled with my mind. I hope it will continue like this. Anyways again - thank you for posting. I was expecting it to become way worse, because there are so many people struggling out there.

Hello Nero, hope you're doing very well, i just have question and am gonna be very happy if you will help me with your knowledge, am 27 years old, so i feel older than start training kick boxing, and i need your advice, i wonder if it gonna help me kick boxing to gain the defence abilities and improve my strenght or do you think it's just waist of time doing that, i don't have like professionel purpose, just want to improve my strenght and learn some defence technique, i ll be very happy if you gonna share with me your exeprience. Isn't knee flexion knee extension machine dangerous for the ACL first couple of weeks?

From experience and the advice of my physiotherapist, it seems like its very beneficial. Ask a physiotherapist about it however. I'm not an expert 🙏

good work!! I'm in my third week and when I try to activate my quads, I get pain and discomfort at the bottom of the knee as if my bone is telling me don't do it. My knee is not straight as it should be and I'm feeling more knee pain as the swelling reduced..any tips will be appreciated 👌🏽
