Here is one of my most favorite DIY’s of all time! Many people don’t know this, but I have battled with severe acne and skin issues in my late teens & early twenties, which made me go looking for solutions. One of the most important things I’ve learnt is that as much as the products you put on your skin matter, the biggest impact is made by what you put in your body.
