Awsome music miss living In Edinburgh McAllen tx all my family from there but moved to Salinas Ca. In the 60s my aunts and uncles all still there my grand mother was neighbor to los dos Gilbertos in edinburg ♡ Dad plays awsome hi Liz Salas

this is very beautiful music as is typical of mexican culture.although mexico has a varied and wide range of musical styles throughout the country this is certainly a very beautiful style and nice to listen to.

My dad and uncle, Lupe y Cruz Arellano played with their conjunto, Los Hermanos Arellano during the 60's. They recorded with Discos Falcon in McAllen. But the Arellano brothers lived in Donna Texas, on the rancho of Santos Cavazos!

My grandfather sold work pants and shirts at the flea market! He was known because he was so cheerful and he jammed conjunto loud for everyone to jamm while they shopped Viva Los 90s 🤣😅🤪

It's good to finally see my tio Felix Cavazos playing in a band!! I remember him playing his accordion in tulia texas where I grew up. We lived in a farm and all my tios would stop by on there way back to the valle.

I grew up listening to Tejano music in Nell, Texas and in Kenedy, Texas. My cousin Polo Zamora used to contract with different Tejano music bands and they would play at the plataforma in Nell,Texas on friday, saturday and sunday nights until about 2AM.
