We was driving by this area I have a customer in and found this overgrown property. I knocked on the homeowners door & a woman answered. I asked her if she'd like a free yard makeover. She didn't believe me at first, she thought I was joking. She told me about her disability and an operation she had upcoming so we was more than happy to help out the community with this free yard transformation.

Incredible Alex and Gary! The lady was obviously in dire need of help, I have myself in previous years suffered from a bad back it can be debilitating. Giving back to others in need is amazing and more people should help rather than turning a blind eye. You two are true heroes.

G-almighty, what a mess!! I sure hope the lady can get all that trash picked up! Looking into that window, the inside of the house may need help too. I have to wonder if the woman is a horder. You did a fantastic job and went above and beyond in digging up those brambles. A good grass seeding is needed after using week killer on that so called lawn. Bravo and I am sure the woman is greatful.

Not trying to be ugly but I agree about the possible condition of the inside of the house. That one window was not hopeful. I pray she can get all the help she needs. I see now it’s a door. I hope that’s not the only exit out the back. That is a fire danger.

I'm a bit late, but that was such a satisfying transformation! Cleaning that patio up was sweet, the owner can get out and recover once the weather is better. I love that you dug up those awful brambles, what a mess! Great job guys, and loved the frog show! 😂

Merry Christmas! My uncle used to say the only way to get rid of brambles was to scrap off 3 feet of dirt, pour a foot of concrete, then put in new dirt.

I watch these free yard cleanups over and over. I enjoy the transformations. I think that these yards go right back to what they were. Why is there so much garbage and other crap just thrown out in their backyards? By the looks of the back door, the inside is worse than the outside. There is more going on in these houses than needing a good mow and weed. I’ll bet the trash you gathered will still be there weeks, months from now.
