Acropolis of Athens Tour - Visiting the PARTHENON

Starting from the side entrance Dionysus Theatre entrance and walking up towards the Acropolis. The complete tour was edited into a 20 min video for those who cannot make the climb or simply have not been to Greece. I hope you enjoy the tour as much as I did being there. Unfortunately, the weather was rather humid as there were thunderstorms in the distance, seen in the video. The entrance cost was 20 euros and the walk up takes around 15-25 minutes depending on how long you stop along the way.
Sadly as can be seen in this video, it is a very heavily visited archeological site and it is a good idea to get there as early as possible. In summer it is so crowded that wait times are very lengthy even to get beyond the ticket offices.

Oh this is a good exercise walking is my favorite exercise, i even climb mountains but now im 47 i prepare walking ..so beautiful views and many people there visiting too..thanks for the tour..amazing structures ,

Yes it’s very busy place with tourists.. Over 2 million people visit the ruins in Athens. Very nice views. The walk up isn’t for everyone, even I struggled at the end. Thanks for watching 😃👍

I feel excited that someone shows us the most important and historical point of Athens in such a beautiful way. This is an amazing landmark. What is amazing is it's all heavy stone made. How they built back then is very interesting. Built to last forever.
