Painting looks like water colour, nice but with small stroke ,small brush same brush is used !but total painting is wonderful .

Love your work, sir! Two questions. 1: is this what they call, “layering”, and 2: what do you use to keep the paint from drying out so quickly? I loved messing around with acrylics, but they dry out on me so fast and I can’t work the paint like I would like to. I’m very amateur.
