I use liquitex basics acrylics. No i dont use any medium or water

Some artists use a little mist or spray bottle with water to keep their paints wet. Others mix in a medium to help slow down the drying process. Others use what's called a 'wet palette', which this artist doesn't use.

I dont use any medium or water, i just mix thick amount of paint and apply it to the canvas thick like an oil paint. I usually mix the same color when needed if the first mix was already dried.

Personally I use a little spray bottle to mist or spray my paints to keep them from drying. There is also an item called a 'wet palette' and most art supply stores will have those in stock. You can make a wet palette yourself too, using an airtight container. Take paper towel, make it wet and put this in the bottom of the container. Then put a piece of parchment paper overtop. This will draw the moisture from the paper towel through the parchment paper to your paint. Once you're done with your painting session, make sure you seal your container, it has to be air tight. This should keep your paints wet. Hope this helps.

I don’t get bored with the mixing painting. On the contrary it is the only interesting feature on this video since video play goes very fast. Did you see what kind of brush was the first one he has used?. I was unable to see all brushes he used but just only some of them.
