I used many of the techniques you show here in my waterfall painting this morning. I worked from a photo since I really liked the composition and it turned out very nicely for my first ever waterfall. It's so hard to know when to be done and not mess with it anymore.

Hi Joni. I have been practicing waterfalls for the last few nights. The fan brush on waterfalls. Thanks for showing this. I was having a heck of a time trying to get the waterfalls to look like I wanted. I think this brush will be the ticket to success for me. Tomorrow night, I'll be practicing waterfalls again, this time with the fan in hand.

Joni, I'm really struggling with this one I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I started it last night at 10 pm it's now 7.30 am . I'm taking a break for a bit maybe hopefully it will come together in the end. I have a bad habit of restarting but most times it comes together and I end up loving it but this one has me doubting myself. Any advice from you would be greatly appreciated. It looks like a hot mess to me. I love your fantasy paintings and I love your tutorials
