I am in LOVE with the way that metallic teal and midnight blue mixed to create that depth of deep ocean color! I also love how the flow of the beach paint makes it look like the wave actually pulled it back when it receded.

Love the contrast of blues. Had to play the beginning four times to catch the color names to see if I have any of these colors. Great painting, just love it.

idk if anyone else has commented this but if you secure panty hose with a rubber band over the opening of your floetrol container, it can help strain out any clumps! awesome technique and final piece btw :)

Pretty!!! I’ve watched many “fluid art” videos. This is the first I’ve seen where the artist uses an air gun. I love that you used it for where the water hits the beach. Thanks so much for posting. 😊 🙏

Looks like a perfect rip current with the different shades of water-- a wave line along either side of the darker blue would show it very well.

Such a beautiful beach scene! I can’t wait to try doing this. Love how you did the ocean and sand all at the same time. We’re a Coast Guard family and also lived in Alaska as well. 32 1/2 yrs so far. Retiring in Oct 2020. Thank you for your service and awesome video.

Very pretty piece, I would have been tempted to swipe the wave over the ocean to try and get the look of the wave flowing back in to the ocean but very nice the way you did it aswell

I think it looks great! I would have added some waves breaking towards the shoreline and had the darker water over the lighter water. But it’s a very good first “beach”. 👍🏽

For the life of me I can't understand why anyone would possibly give this beautiful work a "thumbs down"!? My oldest son just moved to San Diego and nothing on his apartment walls. I will be using your work inspire a three panel ocean color pour for him which will fit right in to the colors and feel of his new home. God bless

Great job. loved it. I did two similar that turned out so good. One of the easiest pours I have done. I added some fine silver glitter to my surf and little gold glitter to my beach.

Suggestion. These pours on You Tube are interesting to the non-pour person, but I' like to see a final image of the piece after it has completely dried, and perhaps on a plain background as if it was a painting on the wall. Out of the studio and into the living room?

Hi. I actually do that on some of my videos. It is on the more recent ones in the part 2. I try to add display types of pictures as well as pictures of the finished products.

Don’t ever criticize your art, I have watched so many of these videos some great some horrible. The one thing they all have in common is the artist always says how happy they are with their own work. They never point out what they may see as a defect they just keep complimenting their own work. Your work is so beautiful, don’t put it down.😘

FYI: I cut out a double layer swatch of cheesecloth and cover the top of the floetrol bottle with it. I wrap a rubberband around it to keep it in place and the top fits back on the bottle just fine. That way no clumps at all get into the paint.
