In this video, I show you how to create an amazing fluid art painting using two funnels dancing around on the canvas. This is a fun and easy acrylic pouring technique that anyone can try. Fluid art is a great way to express your creativity and make stunning abstract paintings. Watch the video and follow along with me as I demonstrate this fun technique.
This is my version of this style of painting, using brilliant yellow green, metallic leaf green, metallic cobalt blue, light blue, brilliant blue, dioxazine purple, metallic purple, neon violet, light blue violet, turquoise, emerald green, and cadmium yellow medium hue as my paint colors. I love how these colors create a waterlike effect on the canvas. You can use any colors you like, but I recommend using some pearlized or metallic paints to add some shine and contrast to your fluid art.
Materials used:
Acrylic Paints
Pouring medium
Plastic cups
Stir sticks
canvas
funnel
pallet knife

Wow Michael!! You've got skill my friend! Moving one funnel is hard but two at the same time, I'm blown away. Amazing job!! And as always, loving the color selection. You should make some of those cards like Gina DeLuca 😁🥰

I'm sorry I missed it again. Been crazy for me lately. I was trying to finish my video for today. Last min productions strikes again. Omg you did amazing getting that tape off with both those funnels on your hands and your hands looked like mine do when I paint. Getting messy. I love it. These colors are amazing and it turned out gorgeous. Loved every minute of it. Fantastic job my friend. 💜💜💜 Beautiful!!

Michael, first let’s talk color and composition. Your colors and composition were amazing! This is truly beautiful! Second, you have some mad coordination skills! I would have spilled paint everywhere!

Thank you Deborah, it would have come out better had I not let that first funnel sit and blend but it was so much fun I really had been wanting to try for a while now also good thing I switched last minute to the smaller funnels I don’t know how good my coordination would have been with those🤣❤️

@@michaelyacovelli1763 maybe you can get a stand where you can open a latch and have them start pouring at the same time.

Great job taking that tape off, lol! Your favorite team is red…what’s the team? This is really cool with the white around it. Great cells in there!

It's a shame the right hand funnel got so muddy but the end result works well so not too bad. Seeing you struggle to get the tape off the funnels, I was glad you left it in. Convinced me not to try and do two funnels at the same time. Get well soon.

Thank you Paul, yeah that right funnel made me angry good thing I tilted off a lot of that mud. And yeah that’s why I really had to leave it in …. To show how difficult it was…. I would hate for someone to do it and get to that moment and be like “ what the heck do I do now”

I wonder if it would be easier if you blocked the holes with the putty like stuff you can get for hanging posters etc. Once the paint was in you could remove it with one finger instead of trying to remove tape. You can get it in dollar stores so it's not an expensive way to do it.@@michaelyacovelli1763
