This webinar will be focused on individuals who engage in endurance activities and sports. We will cover the general nutritional (macronutrient and hydration) recommendations for those involved in endurance activities. The specific needs of the endurance athlete will be discussed in greater detail. The latest research, case studies and practical recommendations will be discussed.

• Describe the general macronutrient and hydration recommendations for individuals participating in endurance activities.
• Describe how the needs of endurance athletes may differ.
• Identify signs of dehydration.
• Make personalized hydration and macronutrient recommendations for the endurance athlete.
• Describe the research behind endurance athlete nutrient recommendations.
