hey hyler. i also think how to manifest (but it takes some time) is to get in a lucid dream and look at yourself in a mirror with your disire, i heard of things what you should avoid in a lucid dream and thats looking in a mirror and thats beaucause in a lucid dream your subconscious mind is more exposed and sensotive. and maybe if im correct and its propperly done then you might manifested something.

I found out about law of assumption like one week ago and i already manifested a polar bear, an orange car, a blue butterfly, a yellow fish and a white flower 😅 I manifest things in few hours. I had the opposite problem. I didn’t FEEL like I was in the end & I didn’t get that feeling until I gave up on it. Even though I said I didn’t want it because I was mad but it worked anyway. Then I started seeing his name everywhere (including as a RECIPE ingredient which was a first) and now I feel him with me, like I can feel his hug, I smell his cologne, & when I visualize I hear his voice - before when I visualized I couldn’t hear his voice. So now I have the feeling that I have him whether I want him or not, he’s mine & it’s like a sure thing gut truth.

Update. We had a coaching session last weekend (im the one that got rescheduled) you stressed mental diet. Guess what I kept having dreams that it didn’t go the way I want last night. Every time I caught on to that (5 or 6 times) everything stopped and I said that no, that’s not my reality or my future, that I have what I need and everything already worked out in my favor & woke up. And used SATS affirming the same thing to fall back asleep. This happened like 5 or 6 times so I’m exhausted BUT I’m on that mental diet & im catching it in my sleep

Can someone help me please? I am manifesting change of appearance and it's kinda hard to ignore my reflection in the mirror. I am not an obsessed person constantly checking for results but like a normal girl I have needs. I need to wash my face, do skin care, make up etc. I want to avoid mirrors but because of this I can't. What should I do?

don't avoid the mirror, it makes it seem like you're avoiding it because you don't have your results yet. everytime you look at yourself in the mirror, affirm and affirm that you already have it NO MATTER WHAT your 3d says. you can visualize yourself with your ideal features (with or without looking at a mirror) and PERSISTTT. no matter what !! just say "i know i have _" or if you'd like, focus on the fact that your results are inevitable to come in the 3d no matter what.
