Descripción automática: In this video the difference between action and reaction hydraulic machines is explained. The degree of reaction, a parameter that relates to the ratio of static pressure in the pump pack and total head, is discussed. This ratio can be defined directly or indirectly, depending on velocity triangles and transformations inside the impeller.
