ACTION MAN BELT FED MACHINE GUN 1973

Күн бұрынReleased in 1973 it was based on the UK Armed Forces L7A1 GPMG (General Purpose Machine Gun) in tripod mounted sustained fire configuarion.
When the pistol grip was pulled back the the ammuntion belt fed through the feed cover and a red bulb flashed to simulate muzzle flash.
Battery operated - in 1973 its used two HP7 batteries in 2020 now called AA.
Contents: Belt Fed Machine Gun with attached Battery Case/Ammo Box, Ammuntion Belt, Tripod (In three pieces), Two sandbags, Instruction Leaflet and Equipment Manual.

It's history is interesting in the 1960s British toy company Pedigree made an almost identical one in their Tommy Gunn range! Did Palitoy buy the moulds for this?

Great toy must the sound is not realistic enough. The sound on the layer commend centre gun was much better
