@@aahanrashid I've never done DMT. My brutally terrible anxiety attacks started before I hit my teen years, which was years before I began to dabble in hallucinogens of any kind. My experiences with psychedelics (both macro and micro doses) plus a copious amount of therapy has almost eliminated them entirely. In my opinion there is something about psychedelics, certain sounds, and certain images (each separate of each other) that awakens something in the mind. This sound does that for me while I am stone cold sober. Other noises (likely ones that trigger past trauma I've buried deeper in my mind than my memory) do it, too.

This didn't bother me a bit, but it made me recall a story from a few years back where Americans in Cuba, were reporting feeling ill and having headaches and other symptoms. Conjecture at the time was that some sort of sub-sonic attack was being aimed at Americans abroad, government employees in particular. Shortly thereafter, diplomats in China started having the same symptoms, suggesting either a certain bloc of countries was sharing intel about screwing with the US, or American employees in foreign countries were becoming nervous nellies after hearing of this phenomenon. If you're interested, look up "Havanna Syndrome".

That fractal is what some think is the image of how God thinks. They run a math program that maps invisible numbers on a canvas and when you run the program over and over again the image comes out to be that round thing in the middle that looks like it’s the center of all that craziness protruding outwards. I can’t remember the name atm but you can find the video on KZfaq about the math program used

For me I can always tell and hear when the tone starts over, so the illusion isn't quite there for my ears, but I have pretty good hearing because I design, build, repair, and improve speakers, mostly by ear, simply because I can't afford all of the high tech measuring equipment needed to do it that way.

@Wiwi It totally is. When I have panic attacks, it feels like I can't move or breath, and I tremble. Of course, it varies from person to person. Some people have mild anxiety issues, and some full-fledged. We all experience anxiety from time to time; it's the intensity and frequency of the anxiety that decides if it's a disorder or not. It might seem a bit superficial, but most people are being genuine when they seem like they have anxiety. Most fears we have are irrational with a rational basis. But whether or not the fear makes sense scientifically has nothing to do with the stress hormones our brains produce at the time of panic.

Nah theres science behind it, it overwhelms the brain and while it tries to figure out whats going on the sound changes but you cant tell whats really changing and the brain does not like things it cant understand so it causes stress
