@@gribwitch Hello Graham! Thank you replying to my comments. I want to first say to you to not be hard on yourself. It is all about awareness. My work has led me to understand that beyond the 8 base chakras there are an additional 5 more. They are: Stellar Gateway Soul Star Lower Soul Star Causal Earth Star During this guided meditation Melanie speaks to them all and that is what really resonated with me and it inspired to me write my comments in the way I did. It has been a journey for me to this point and as long as I have breath in my body I will continue to pursue the light and love mentioned here.
