I was about to buy the Simonize (VE52) version at my local Canadian Tire store. Then I found a video of your 2.0 and thought I'll get that instead. Now I find this video of the 2.3 with the longer life and induction motor and I might as well wait for this to come out. So hurry up 2024 and get here! 🤣🤣🤣👍👍😎

Looks very promising. A couple things I would love to see: 1) 4 flat spots on the frame to support the addition of wheels/casters … or the inclusion of casters. 2) a place to wrap the cord for storage 3) an hour meter that calculates only when the pump is running 4) would love to see a specifically designed and sized surface cleaner to go along with the unit and to be used with the 2.0 as well. 5) finish the package with a wand with the over molds to match the short gun. 6) pressure regulator to be able to turn the pressure way down to produce like an entry level soft wash system which I believe 500 PSI so that the 2.3 can be used in conjunction with soft jet nozzles.

I still have my VE52 and I absolutely still love it. So far it has been going strong for 2 years without any problems and I just bought a 2.0 from Adam's Polishes HQ in Colorado. May need to pass the VE52 soon if this new one comes out soon enough as well

My VE52 is still going strong after 2 1/2 years of solid use. 2.3 seems like a massive upgrade. 👍

Looks promising. Would be great if it was serviceable. Also would love to have an hour-meter. That would have been helpful on my Kranzle.

I have the 2.0 and that machine is one of the best pressure washers I've ever owned and I'm super excited for the new one to come out. I'm already deciding who I'm going to hand down my 2.02 anticipating the purchase of the new one

From an aesthetic standpoint, the plastic cover on this 2.3 is a step backward in my honest opinion. The casing on the 2.0 unit is appealing and quite simplistic! At any rate thanks for all your innovations.

A handle to carry it and caster wheels with locks so you have the flexibility to pull it or move it when you need to

You got me so excited for 2024!!! Will be holding off my wall setup V3 to run this beast. Will it still be 15AMP? Being induction will there be a big ramp up delay? Will you be able to do maintenance on it?

I’d love to see active develop a series of retractable hose reels for the pressure washers. Most on the market are expensive ($600+) Plenty of KZfaq videos of people modifying harbor frieght air reels prove that there is a market. I think Active could certainly design something all of us would love to have in our garages.

@@ACTIVEPRODUCTS feel free to reach out if you want specifics. But at minimum I think a 50, 75 and 100 foot option would be ideal. Replaceable hoses. Spring retractable. It seems you spend quite a bit of time thinking about the nuances of all of your products while also keeping things affordable, so I know if you picked up this project it’ll be well-thought-out and robust. I’m sure you don’t want to reinvent the wheel when it comes to hoses, so sell it as-is so the end user can add their hose of choice.

@@WaylandsWorld I like this idea but spring retractable is not a good cheap solution. Manual winding. Keep it cheap and simple and you got a huge base of people that will buy. Too many things to go wrong with spring type. Cox is nice but way too robust for what majority of us need.

@@gabriell4031 I’ll say that I’ve had pneumatic air hose reels from HF for years. I use them a few times each month: they’ve been pretty darn reliable. Plus, I like to ceiling mount my reels: it’d be great to get the hoses up and out of the way (I save the wall real estate for shelving) But no reason they couldn’t make both types. There’s a market for both, I’d say.

Looks great… sounds good.. but I’m still waiting on a serviceable Active pressure washer🤔💭..like the kranzel .. I can wait But I made this suggestion when 2.0 came out .. Thank you ,looking forward to test this new induction motor when it comes out.

Better pump! I currently run the 2.0 on a 20 gallon water reserve using the gravity method. It's always a hit or miss and even when the water is coming to the pressure washer. I'm currently weighing the option of buying a pump or just biting the bullet and purchasing a Kranzle

Currently in the market for a new pressure washer. I’ve gone through 4 in 2 years with my business. Would really like one that is serviceable. As much power on as 15 amp would be good. Hot water option would be good. Would also like to see a detachable cart similar to the AR675. Snap in, snap off.

Only thing I'm concerned about with the induction motor, assuming it's brushless, is that in the way I've seen them implemented, they have a significant ramp up time. Pulling the trigger should result in a very quick ramp up to full power like the other great pressure washers like Kranzle, Active 2.0, AR, etc. I had an induction greenworks a few years back and I really hated that ramp up time whenever I was cleaning a vehicle.

Kranzle runs induction motors so I’m sure it can be setup to ramp up quick like those. We just got to give them our feedback and hope they take it which they are really good about that.

@@CarsWithKeav Yeah for sure, Active has been making great stuff, and I don't even know if the my comments would apply to their design, but I know Active actually listens to the community so I wanted to at least bring that part up.

I think the option to control the water gpm would be phenomenal -- sometimes I feel the need to use less and not blow through my DI resin. What are the db numbers on this ….. the 2.0 I have goes to 92db at peak and sounds horrible …. I put it in a wooden box I built but its sound still annoys me. A 20amps motor with less sound won’t be a bad idea And if you think this would be a more permanent mounted unit then why not provide the option to go 220 There are many motors that can be wired to work with 110 and 220 Also, make it slightly heavy but don’t make it a tank Love the fact that it’s pushing more than a 1000 psi

I haven't managed to find the active brand in Europe. Live in Denmark. Only the CAT brand, but that's only for the VE52 version. Any plans on finding some distributors in Europe for your pressure washers?

Hi there! At the moment the 2.0 is only available for a maximum 120V voltage load, that's why you wouldn't find it in Europe yet. Expanding into Europe is on our wishlist for 2024 though!

Please make it cheaper without the cage. Will hate to buy it just to toss the cage away on the first day. Looking forward to this. Will hold off till more info and pricing is talked about vs 2.0.
