Tyrone Powers was replaced by Yul Brynner during film production, which it forced to re-write and re-shooting the scenes.

This is probably referring to the Marty McFly character which was originally played by a different actor, Eric Stoltz. Though major portions ahd already been filmed, it was recast with actor Michael J. Fox taking over the part. It might not have been mentioned because the part was simply recast while the film was in production. Neither actor 'doubled' for the other onscreen. Good spotting. And it is an interesting story, also covered in a few KZfaq videos out there.

Title is "Actors Who Were Replaced And Fooled Fans". For a few of them (eg. _The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus_ and _Family Guy_ you explicitly state that the switch was obvious. :/

The JL movie was a mess because of Snyder, not Whedon. Compare the superhero movies made by both and you'll see that Whedon is far superior than Zack!
