One thing I would like to say as a medical student please do not drink baking soda. 🤦♀️ our body can manage acidity itself. Do not drink baking soda. If you have acidity doctor gives other medicine which has magnesium carbonate. But do not drink baking soda. Please like this comment so more people can become aware

I once did an expensive facial when I was on holidays in Pakistan. I found out that Pakistani products contain skin bleaching that makes your face look fair. This is definitely not good for your health and I don’t recommend it. I am also against skin bleaching because your natural skin is better in my opinion. The best way to get that glowing skin is going to the hammam. You will get the best sauna treatment and your skin will glow. And stop eating junk food like biryani and salan. Eat steamed vegetables and meat. It will make a huge difference.

Actually, There are a host of benefits to it, I don't know what your talking about about skin turning black or brown. :|.I never heard of that or seen that. She's right about the alkelaine in Baking Soda.. If your dealing with certain internal women issues, its a natural way help regulate your PH balance. rather then taking antibiotics. Also it is an anti inflammtory. I've seen the results for my self it has worked. However I take less then the require amoun, because I want to be extra careful how much is going into my body..and I don't take it twice a day.
