No offense to the interviewer but I find the question "Are you single? Do you have a family or kids?" quite intrusive. I think its unnecessary especially since you did not mention anything about your living situation. If you did mention it, its alright to probe a little but it kinda implied that they are looking for single teachers where they won't have distractions or noise in the background. Just my two cents. I did some recruitment before and I don't ask such questions from candidates.

I hope you got your dream job by this time however just a piece of advise, please address the interviewer by their first name. Addressing them as Ma'am or Sir is a bit off and redundant

Ugh, the interviewer sounds like a Filipina. Major red flag for now unless proven otherwise. I don't like online ESL companies who hire Filipinos and give them administrative tasks. Based on experience, they can be very condescending.
