Instead of cmd shift 4 you could do cmd shift 3 to take full sceen screensots which could be quicker since you dont shve to click spacebar

nope, in this they were capturing a single, minimized window. I agree that cmnd-shift-3 would be beneficial for anyone wanting to capture their full screen but this works well for this specific use case

Here’s one for you, if you hold control when screenshotting it goes to the clipboard instead of being saved to a file

@@yt.kyarnaa if you’re screenshot a section, press command shift 4 to start the snip, hold control while you’re dragging the mouse and while you release the mouse. The screenshot will be on the clipboard

an easier way to take a screenshot is to press command+shift+3 ... it works for my MacBook Air

The screenshot she is talking about is for an open pop up window for like anything that opens up a mid sized window I guess… I’m not talking about the ads pop ups unless you wanted to but instead of the full screen or the drag to select screenshots what she said will only take a screenshot of the contents of the smaller window. Yes you can drag and select but if you want to race I’ll be done before you can select the upper right (or left + lowers and up and over) … it’s just a very quick way to snag the content vs having the whole screen, or the time to drag and snap. Hacks… meh … learn features you might not know … yesss.

@@nandor613lmao no it doesn’t. Windows adjusts volume 1 notch at a time and it can’t get any smaller than that. Source: Windows user.

It’s cmd-shift-4 for the cropping screenshot tool and the space just captures the window instead of dragging your mouse.

Who uses the green button it's very inefficient. I prefer keyboard shortcut which dont exist for this so rectangle app does it for me. Also the green thing takes everything fullscreen which is annoying.
