Yes they do….but the truth is u must be ready for them, they hurt. I would compare them to walking on Nails when u 1st try them on. I have been wearing them about a month. Now l wear them from between 1/2 hr. To maybe 2 hrs. While cooking once u get use to them u will forget you have them on. But ur gonna have to want the healing more than that 1st few steps which R Truely 😖….
