The SpeedFactory HD Detent Spring Kit is a set of upgraded coil springs that increases the positive ratcheting feel of your transmission, with an over 80% increase in spring rate over the soft factory springs.

Short shifter + shifter bushings + those springs = the perfect formula for a B series shifter setup. I really miss my 99 Si, thanks for all the great memories.

Did these on my RSX Type S and they make a huge difference. Next in line in bang for buck is poly engine mount inserts.

Make sure your shifting bushings are not worn out. We have replaced all of them during our restoration, prior to this.

Hey, do you know if there's a difference with the PS reservoir for the 2000 ITR vs 95 gsr or something? My GSR PS reservoir doesn't fit on the bracket correctly. Awesome vids man!

Keep it man trust me. My friend recently got a dc2 with a jdm b18 swap full suspension and everything and I swear it’s one of the most engaging cars I’ve ever driven. If I ever own one I’d never sell.

I just installed these on my EM1 last month and it is totally worth it and so easy to do. FYI the crush washers are the same size as the ones in Honda generators...lol!

Can the detent spring cause you not to go into gear? I just got done rebuilding my transmission (b18c). I remember I bent one of the detent spring. I can't go into 1st, 3rd, or 5th. I can go into 2nd 4th and reverse with ease.

Most late model vehicles with transmission are mostly cable rather than linkage. Cable takes away from the true feels

Friend done the nuts up to tight and crushed the washer and couldn't get any gears
