A few of you guys wanted to see how the seat covers were holding up, so this is just a quick update on those as well as a quick wash before it rained.

So i see the seat covers still fit really well even though technically they're not the ones for the Type-S. Those actually go to the base seats

I'm asking am i correct that those covers are actually for the base seats but they also fit the Type-S?

@@siddiq1077 yes, they're intended for the base tl. I just wanted to see how the seats differed between the trims, and if they would actually fit on a type-s. At the fraction of the price of the endlessrpm ones, I can deal with a bit of creasing and some bad fitment.

@@ph0bolus i definitely feel you and to me, these look really good! I didn't see any flaws really and I'm going the same route but I'm gonna get the back seats as well. My interior seats are tan and i don't like them. I want black or the black & charcoal combination

@@ph0bolus True, but supposedly the 04-05 trans is improved from 03 and before, 06 is an improvement on 04-05 and 07-08 is an improvement on 06.

Yea the 07 and 08 doesn’t have the problem it came with the RL tranny to fix it

@@kb1drums no just change pressure switches 3rd and 4th and do a transmission service for the fluid

@@Luvnap maybe you'll see a few more hitting the market with a better price once the '21 tlx type-s drops..I know isf prices took a dip after the is500 was announced haha.
