Why can't use google nav or use it as easy as using Google nav through Siri?

Acura, perhaps you can answer this question. The 2018 TLX has an updated infotainment system with faster response and a capacitive touch screen. Why does the MDX and RLX still use the old outdated resistive touch screen and laggy interface?

Are there any firmware or nav downloads available for the 2016 acura rlx tech that would allow car play, iOS screen mirroring or at least show the posted speed limit as part of nav info display?

Wow. I wish the voice commands would work on my 2017 MDX like this ad. I gave up and went back to my iPhone X. Acura’s navigation is horrible. It is slow to react and does not work as well as the navigation in the 2018 Grand Cherokee. I recommend if purchasing the MDX stick with the Base SH AWD, better value.

I love acura have always only owned Acura’s but I’m not sure if I will purchase another one because the navigation seems just EXTREMELY OUTDATED , and the INTERIOR IS SUBPAR they advertise Acura as 5k cheaper than competitors but to be honest a luxury vehicle SHOULD have a luxury interior to me that’s what makes it luxury , Id rather you all spend the 5k in revamping the UI for the navigation and upgrading the interior .... hopefully this can happen in the next two years and you all will listen to your customer/fanbase orherwise I’m just going to wait and purchase a Tesla

To regain customers' trust and loyalty, Acura should do the right thing and provide a free update/upgrade the the terrible voice and navigation system. At the price paid for this car, it should not have all the issues complained about below.
