Lol it's because there are many cofounding issues, like cytogenetic and genetic abnormalities, and there's not a drug or therapy that's one size fits all. There are many therapies available that are only able to treat and not cure because of that. For example, you could take one drug that affects one pathway, but if that pathway is intersected by another, the drug might not work as well.
