Looking for Christmas dinner inspo? In this video we have teamed up with Iceland to come up with two Christmas meal menus to suit different budgets and then we challenged Charlotte to cook them for us! I would personally never use frozen veg for Xmas. I know its cheaper for some people depending on how much you need but I wouldn't

I usually stick to fresh generally speaking, because we go through it so quickly, but I loved the carrot baubles and luxury sprouts! Plus, I remember Jamie Oliver saying that it keeps nutrients locked in too, so I think frozen has its benefits, and like you say - good for budgets too! xx

I ordered the luxury turkey crown but am getting stressed about it needing to defrost for 48 hours beforehand. Do I just stick it in the fridge and leave it? Will it go bad?!

Hello lovely! I have cooked a few of these now, as you can see above! Haha! They defrost really well in the fridge, so don't worry! Just let it do it's work and you go and get a Bailey's and enjoy some Christmas telly! xx

How on Earth can you act concerned that children may be super spreaders of COVID when you drag them to non-essential shopping at least 3 times a week and when daisy was off poorly last week with an upset tummy, you took her to the shops?! I thought Charlotte was in at least tier 2 if not 3 and ‘pops’ to the shops all the time

This is her job. She cooks and puts it on KZfaq for us all. So going to the shops to buy food, is part of her job as well as to feed her family. The gov are encouraging people to work, and she’s giving me lots of entertainment as a ‘shielder’ stuck at home. Please find me a little child that isn’t sick with something or other at this time of year. You can’t lock them in solitary confinement. She didn’t have any symptoms of Covid and hadn’t been told to isolate. young children are actually proven to not be super spreaders of COvid-19. Merry Christmas!
